The North Coast Story...

North Coast Construction, LLC, was founded in 2008 by Caleb Rick. Caleb graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Planning and a minor in Forest Resources. During this time, Caleb developed an interest in green construction. After college, Caleb worked as both a commercial and residential carpenter, finding his way to Haram Restoration, Inc., where he was able to develop his green building techniques.

Today, as the principal builder at North Coast Construction, Caleb has developed collaborative relationships with Minneapolis-based designers, subcontractors and suppliers that understand the value of healthy, sustainable living spaces that are built to last for generations.
